Tak\u00e9 pokud pracujeme v ter\u00e9nu, m\u011bli bychom nosit pracovn\u00ed oble\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je pevn\u00e9 a snadno se v n\u011bm pohybuje. V z\u00e1vislosti na tom, jak\u00e9 hodnoty jsou up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1ny, nap\u0159\u00edklad pohodl\u00ed, funk\u010dnost a design, je od oble\u010den\u00ed vy\u017eadov\u00e1no r\u016fzn\u00e9 proveden\u00ed a ka\u017ed\u00fd den se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. Jeliko\u017e je od\u011bv v\u00fdrobkem, vy\u017eaduje hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna ur\u010dit\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 kvality. Norma ASTM D4355 popisuje metody m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pevnosti v roztr\u017een\u00ed tkan\u00fdch a netkan\u00fdch geotextili\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro n\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot. Pro tuto zkou\u0161ku byl pou\u017eit p\u0159esn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed tester AGS-X a \u0161roubov\u00e1 ploch\u00e1 rukoje\u0165. Tabulka 2 uv\u00e1d\u00ed podm\u00ednky zkou\u0161ky. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno sch\u00e9ma zku\u0161ebn\u00edho vzorku s lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edkov\u00fdm roztr\u017een\u00edm. Vzorky pro normu ASTM D4533 byly p\u0159ipraveny tak, \u017ee byl vy\u0159\u00edznut vzorek o rozm\u011brech p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 76 \u00d7 200 mm a pot\u00e9 byla vyzna\u010dena \u0161ablona rovnoramenn\u00e9ho lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edku, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno \u010d\u00e1rkovan\u011b na obr. 1 p\u00edsm. a), a pot\u00e9 byla na krat\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edku, kter\u00fd byl p\u0159edt\u00edm vyzna\u010den na vzorku, vytvo\u0159ena 15mm \u0161t\u011brbina. Vzorek byl uchopen tak, aby se dlouh\u00e1 strana \u00fachopov\u00e9 plochy a bo\u010dn\u00ed strany lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edku shodovaly. Krom\u011b toho byl jako voliteln\u00e1 \u0161ablona zaveden tak\u00e9 \u0161estihrann\u00fd vzorek podle obr. 1 b). Uchopen\u00edm strany ozna\u010den\u00e9 \u010dervenou \u0161ipkou a \u00fachopov\u00e9 plochy rovnob\u011b\u017en\u011b lze zkou\u0161ku prov\u00e9st bez ozna\u010den\u00ed vzorku rovnoramenn\u00fdm lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edkem. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byla vyhodnocena pevnost \u010dty\u0159 druh\u016f vzork\u016f ve sm\u011bru osnovy a \u00fatku. Na obr. 2 je fotografie zkou\u0161ky. A\u010dkoli norma ASTM D4533 vy\u017eaduje pou\u017eit\u00ed \u00fachopov\u00fdch ploch o \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce nejm\u00e9n\u011b 76,2 mm a d\u00e9lce 50,8 mm, tato zkou\u0161ka byla provedena s \u00fachopov\u00fdmi plochami o \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 150 mm a d\u00e9lce 20 mm. Na obr. 3 jsou uvedeny v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ky. Zkou\u0161ku bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt plynule, aby nedo\u0161lo k prokluzu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho vzorku. Tabulka 3 shrnuje v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ky. V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl v pevnosti v tahu mezi sm\u011brem osnovy a \u00fatku u vzork\u016f (1) a (3), ale u vzork\u016f (2) a (4) byl mal\u00fd.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong><br \/>K proveden\u00ed zkou\u0161ky trh\u00e1n\u00ed tkaniny (lichob\u011b\u017en\u00edkov\u00e1 metoda) podle normy ASTM D4533 byl pou\u017eit univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroj stoln\u00edho typu. Tento zku\u0161ebn\u00ed syst\u00e9m Shimadzu lze pou\u017e\u00edt k hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti tkaniny..<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
