Pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu bateri\u00ed se aktivn\u011b vyv\u00edjej\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a metody zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pevnosti je jednou ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch metod hodnocen\u00ed. Tato aplika\u010dn\u00ed novinka se zam\u011b\u0159uje na pevnost p\u0159ilnavosti elektrodov\u00fdch plech\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch jako elektrody bateri\u00ed. Obr. 1 ukazuje strukturu elektrodov\u00e9ho listu. Elektrodov\u00fd list se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z elektrodov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd p\u0159il\u00e9h\u00e1 k proudov\u00e9mu kolektoru, j\u00edm\u017e se pohybuj\u00ed elektrony. Elektrodov\u00fd materi\u00e1l se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z katodov\u011b aktivn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu, jako je fosfore\u010dnan lithno-\u017eelezit\u00fd, a izola\u010dn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako pojivo. Pokud je p\u0159ilnavost mezi elektrodov\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem a proudov\u00fdm kolektorem slab\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee se elektrodov\u00fd materi\u00e1l odd\u011blovat od proudov\u00e9ho kolektoru, co\u017e br\u00e1n\u00ed pohybu elektron\u016f v elektrodov\u00e9m listu a zvy\u0161uje elektrick\u00fd odpor. Proto je hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti adheze d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu baterie. V t\u00e9to aplikaci je pops\u00e1no zku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, zku\u0161ebn\u00ed podm\u00ednky a v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ky odlupov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f katod bateri\u00ed. Pops\u00e1na je tak\u00e9 teplotn\u00ed z\u00e1vislost pevnosti p\u0159ilnavosti elektrodov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Zkou\u0161ky byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny na p\u0159esn\u00e9m univerz\u00e1ln\u00edm zku\u0161ebn\u00edm stroji AGS -V se \u0161roubov\u00fdmi ploch\u00fdmi \u00fachyty o s\u00edle 1 kN a na n\u011bm namontovan\u00fdm zku\u0161ebn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pro odlupov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 f\u00f3lie. Vzorky se skl\u00e1daly z obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch desek pokryt\u00fdch oboustrannou p\u00e1skou, kter\u00e9 byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b pota\u017eeny katodov\u011b aktivn\u00edmi materi\u00e1ly. Vzorky byly zasazeny do zku\u0161ebn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro odlupov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 f\u00f3lie a hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 f\u00f3lie byla uchopena ploch\u00fdm \u0161roubov\u00fdm \u00fachytem. F\u00f3lie se odlepovala v\u017edy ve sm\u011bru 90\u00b0 vzhledem ke vzorku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zajistilo, \u017ee se st\u0159ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed shodoval se st\u0159edem AGS-V.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6340d5b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6340d5b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50ceba6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50ceba6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Testovac\u00ed podm\u00ednky<\/strong><br \/>Tabulka 2 uv\u00e1d\u00ed podm\u00ednky zkou\u0161ky. P\u0159i t\u00e9to zkou\u0161ce se s\u00edla a jej\u00ed<br \/>byla vyhodnocena z\u00e1vislost na teplot\u011b. Zkou\u0161ky byly provedeny t\u0159ikr\u00e1t p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 teplot\u011b, zat\u00edmco zobrazen\u00e1 k\u0159ivka je jeden reprezentativn\u00ed vzorek ze t\u0159\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty adhezn\u00ed s\u00edly jsou uvedeny v tabulce 3. Adhezn\u00ed s\u00edly byly vypo\u010dteny z pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 s\u00edly mezi 20 mm a 80 mm posunu. Tyto v\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b se adhezn\u00ed s\u00edla
