Jednou z metod hodnocen\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed je m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pevnosti. Kov (proudov\u00fd kolektor) pou\u017eit\u00fd v elektrod\u00e1ch lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed je b\u011bhem v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu vystaven tahov\u00e9 s\u00edle. Vyhodnocen\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti na teplot\u011b je nutn\u00e9, proto\u017ee kov je b\u011bhem v\u00fdroby vystaven tak\u00e9 teplu. Tato aplika\u010dn\u00ed novinka p\u0159edstavuje pracovn\u00ed postup spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti v tahu kovov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jako elektrody lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed. Zkou\u0161ky byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny za r\u016fzn\u00fdch teplot, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyhodnotit teplotn\u00ed z\u00e1vislost pevnosti v tahu. V tomto experimentu byl pou\u017eit p\u0159esn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed stroj AGS -V a na n\u011bm byly namontov\u00e1ny pneumatick\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 \u00fachyty pro f\u00f3lii. Tyto \u00fachyty sni\u017euj\u00ed v\u00fdkyv \u00fachopov\u00fdch ploch a jejich povrch je opracov\u00e1n do speci\u00e1ln\u00edch tvar\u016f. T\u00edm se p\u0159i zkou\u0161en\u00ed vzorku z f\u00f3lie sni\u017euje riziko lomu vzorku v sev\u0159en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. Tyto pneumatick\u00e9 \u00fachyty umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed upevn\u011bn\u00ed vzork\u016f a konstantn\u00ed s\u00edlu \u00fachopu pro ka\u017edou zkou\u0161ku. K nastaven\u00ed teploty zku\u0161ebn\u00edho prostoru byla pou\u017eita termostatick\u00e1 komora kompaktn\u00edho typu TCE-N300A. Lze ji ovl\u00e1dat pomoc\u00ed obslu\u017en\u00e9ho softwaru zku\u0161ebn\u00edch stroj\u016f TRAPEZIUM X-V. Tento software m\u016f\u017ee ovl\u00e1dat komoru i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed stroj na stejn\u00e9m displeji. Tato funkce zvy\u0161uje pohodl\u00ed syst\u00e9mu. V tomto experimentu byly testov\u00e1ny 3 typy kov\u016f (A1N30, A1070, C1100). Teplotn\u00ed podm\u00ednky byly pokojov\u00e1 teplota, 100 \u00b0C a 180 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledky test\u016f<\/strong><br \/>V tabulk\u00e1ch 3 a 4 jsou uvedeny v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek a na obr. 3 a\u017e 5 jsou zobrazeny s-s k\u0159ivky. Tyto k\u0159ivky zobrazuj\u00ed jeden reprezentativn\u00ed vzorek ze t\u0159\u00ed. Pln\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ra je p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b, te\u010dkovan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ra p\u0159i 100 \u00b0C a \u010d\u00e1rkovan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ra p\u0159i 180 \u00b0C. Hodnota deformace byla vypo\u010dtena na z\u00e1klad\u011b vzd\u00e1lenosti mezi \u00fachyty jako po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed GL.
