Vyhodnocen\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti na teplot\u011b je nutn\u00e9, proto\u017ee kov je b\u011bhem v\u00fdroby vystaven tak\u00e9 teplu. Tato aplika\u010dn\u00ed novinka p\u0159edstavuje pracovn\u00ed postup spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti v tahu kovov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jako elektrody lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed. Zkou\u0161ky byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny za r\u016fzn\u00fdch teplot, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyhodnotit teplotn\u00ed z\u00e1vislost pevnosti v tahu. V mikroskopu byla um\u00edst\u011bna sklen\u011bn\u00e1 cela obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed substr\u00e1t a odplyn\u011bnou vodu. Laser byl zam\u011b\u0159en ze zadn\u00ed strany sklen\u011bn\u00e9ho substr\u00e1tu, aby se vytvo\u0159ily bubliny. Generovan\u00e9 bubliny byly pozorov\u00e1ny pomoc\u00ed HPV-X3 z horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed sm\u011brnice vzhledem k povrchu substr\u00e1tu. Proces od vzniku bublinek po<br \/>je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 5. Jak je vid\u011bt na obr. 5(14) a (15), chov\u00e1n\u00ed bublin t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed zmizen\u00edm nelze p\u0159i rychlosti 1 Mfps detailn\u011b zachytit. Pot\u00e9 byla rychlost sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed obrazu zm\u011bn\u011bna na 20 Mfps. V\u00fdsledky jsou uvedeny na obr. 6. Na obr. 5 a 6(1) a (2) se tvar \u0161pi\u010dky bubliny b\u011bhem procesu kontrakce jev\u00ed jako obloukovit\u00fd.
