Proto\u017ee je lze pou\u017e\u00edt na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jak\u00fdkoli materi\u00e1l, mohou spojovat i nesourod\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly. Jejich v\u00fdhodou je tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee nem\u011bn\u00ed vlastnosti ani tvar materi\u00e1l\u016f, ke kter\u00fdm se lep\u00ed. Proto se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v cel\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad v dopravn\u00edch stroj\u00edch v\u010detn\u011b automobilov\u00e9ho a leteck\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, v elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch a ve stavebnictv\u00ed. Zejm\u00e9na u dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 aplikac\u00ed, jako je zpevn\u011bn\u00ed nebo n\u00e1hrada bodov\u00fdch svar\u016f (svarov\u00fdch spoj\u016f), tak\u017ee schopnost vyhodnocovat tyto v\u011bci je nezbytn\u00e1 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich dlouhodob\u00e9 spolehlivosti. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek popisuje smykov\u00e9 \u00fanavov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky proveden\u00e9 na \u010dty\u0159ech typech lepidel podle normy JIS K 6864 (ISO 9664). P\u0159i zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch byl pou\u017eit stoln\u00ed dynamick\u00fd a \u00fanavov\u00fd zku\u0161ebn\u00ed syst\u00e9m Servopulser EHF-L.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb92511 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb92511\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-ea31b13 );\">Informa\u010dn\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed syst\u00e9m pro zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorky<\/span><\/h2><p>P\u0159i t\u011bchto testech byly pou\u017eity \u010dty\u0159i typy lepidel od spole\u010dnosti ThreeBond (d\u00e1le jen TB). Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorek je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 1. Informace o zku\u0161ebn\u00edm vzorku jsou uvedeny v tabulce 1 a podm\u00ednky vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch lepidel jsou uvedeny v tabulce 2. Jako spojovan\u00fd materi\u00e1l byla pou\u017eita nerezov\u00e1 ocel SUS 304. Zkou\u0161ky byly provedeny pomoc\u00ed stoln\u00edho dynamick\u00e9ho a \u00fanavov\u00e9ho zku\u0161ebn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu Servopulser EHF-L. Konfigurace zku\u0161ebn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je uvedena v tabulce 3 a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed sestava je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna na obr. 2.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div zkou\u0161ky<\/span><\/h2><p>Pro nastaven\u00ed podm\u00ednek p\u0159i \u00fanavov\u00fdch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch byly provedeny statick\u00e9 smykov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky. Podm\u00ednky statick\u00e9 smykov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky jsou uvedeny v tabulce 4. Amplituda nap\u011bt\u00ed vzhledem k t\u00e9to st\u0159edn\u00ed hodnot\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed se stanov\u00ed jako podm\u00ednka \u00fanavov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bylo jako amplituda nap\u011bt\u00ed stanoveno smykov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed 5 a\u017e 30 % statick\u00e9 pevnosti ve smyku. Po\u017eadavkem je, aby se zkou\u0161ky prov\u00e1d\u011bly p\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed frekvenci 30 Hz, pokud nen\u00ed p\u0159edeps\u00e1no jinak. Podm\u00ednky \u00fanavov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky jsou shrnuty v tabulce 6.<\/span><\/p><p>U zku\u0161ebn\u00edch vzork\u016f TB1160 a TB3953 se v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch amplitudy nap\u011bt\u00ed projevily velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v \u00fanav\u011b. Na obr. 4 jsou uvedeny v\u00fdsledky \u00fanavov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek vzork\u016f TB1160 a TB3953 p\u0159i amplitud\u00e1ch nap\u011bt\u00ed 22,5 a 25 %. Jsou zde tak\u00e9 uvedeny fotografie poruchov\u00fdch ploch pro odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek. U TB1160 do\u0161lo p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9m po\u010dtu cykl\u016f do poru\u0161en\u00ed k mezif\u00e1zov\u00e9mu a kohezn\u00edmu poru\u0161en\u00ed, jak ukazuj\u00ed fotografie [1] a [2]. P\u0159i vysok\u00e9m po\u010dtu cykl\u016f do poru\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ak do\u0161lo pouze ke kohezn\u00edmu poru\u0161en\u00ed, jak ukazuje fotografie [3]. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee pokud dojde k mezif\u00e1zov\u00e9mu poru\u0161en\u00ed, dojde k \u00fanavov\u00e9mu poru\u0161en\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e je skute\u010dn\u00e1 \u00fanavov\u00e1 \u017eivotnost lepidla. Proto je pro vyhodnocen\u00ed \u010dist\u00e9 \u00fanavov\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti lepidla \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout kohezn\u00edho poru\u0161en\u00ed. V\u00fdskyt mezif\u00e1zov\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ak z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stavu povrchu objektu, na kter\u00fd lepidlo p\u0159il\u00e9h\u00e1, proto byl tento objekt zahrnut do tohoto hodnocen\u00ed. Ve v\u00fdsledc\u00edch t\u011bchto zkou\u0161ek se vyskytlo mnoho p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f mezif\u00e1zov\u00e9ho a kohezn\u00edho poru\u0161en\u00ed, proto jsou v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek shrnuty podle zp\u016fsobu poru\u0161en\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b lepidla TB3953 se jednalo ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech o mezif\u00e1zov\u00e1 a kohezn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u0161ak byl po\u010det cykl\u016f do selh\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00edm v\u00edce se lepidlo rozprost\u0159elo po cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e selh\u00e1n\u00ed. U TB3953 byly jako v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek shrnuty centr\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159i body.
