Syntetick\u00e9\nkau\u010duk nyn\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inu pry\u017eov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.\nVzhledem k rozmanit\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le jedine\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f ze syntetick\u00e9ho kau\u010duku.\nvhodn\u00fdch pro specifick\u00e9 aplikace,\nje hodnocen\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f\nnesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9.\nJako jednu z mechanick\u00fdch charakteristik lze uv\u00e9st charakteristiku te\u010den\u00ed.\nvlastnost, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje hodnocen\u00ed. Creep je jev, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m\np\u0159i kter\u00e9m postupn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k deformaci materi\u00e1lu, kdy\u017e\nje po del\u0161\u00ed dobu nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b p\u016fsobeno konstantn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed,\na je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou poruchy nebo selh\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.\nv\u00fdrobk\u016f p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech. Proto, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9\nodhadnout \u017eivotnost pry\u017eov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu na z\u00e1klad\u011b\nzam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed nebo k v\u00fdb\u011bru materi\u00e1lu vhodn\u00e9ho pro dan\u00fd \u00fa\u010del je t\u0159eba prov\u00e9st\nporozum\u011bn\u00ed charakteristik\u00e1m te\u010den\u00ed pry\u017eov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f\nve f\u00e1zi v\u00fdvoje n\u00e1vrhu.\nTento \u010dl\u00e1nek uv\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad hodnocen\u00ed creepu.\nvlastnost\u00ed pomoc\u00ed tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky chloroprenov\u00e9 pry\u017ee, kter\u00e1\nm\u00e1 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed odolnost proti pov\u011btrnostn\u00edm vliv\u016fm, olej\u016fm a teplu.\na je nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako z\u00e1stupce\nsyntetick\u00e9ho kau\u010duku.\nTato zkou\u0161ka byla provedena podle norem JIS K 6273, ISO 2285.\n(Pry\u017e, vulkanizovan\u00e1 nebo termoplastick\u00e1 - Stanoven\u00ed pevnosti a odolnosti proti po\u0161kozen\u00ed).\ntahov\u00e9 pevnosti, prodlou\u017een\u00ed a te\u010den\u00ed) pomoc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje Shimadzu\nAutograph AGX\u2122-V model Precision Universal Testing\nTestovac\u00ed stroj. uveden\u00fdch v tabulce 3. Obr. 4 a tab. 4 ukazuj\u00ed\nopera\u010dn\u00ed obrazovku (\u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka) softwaru TRAPEZIUMX-V a obr\u00e1zek 4.\nvysv\u011btlen\u00ed oblast\u00ed obrazovky.
