V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b je zcela z\u0159ejm\u00e1 rostouc\u00ed m\u00edra jejich roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed do oblast\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pou\u017eit\u00ed v dom\u00e1cnostech, v\u010detn\u011b hybridn\u00edch a elektrick\u00fdch vozidel, a zd\u00e1 se b\u00fdt z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee popt\u00e1vka po nich v budoucnu d\u00e1le poroste.\nVzhledem k tomu, \u017ee lithium-iontov\u00e9 baterie mohou b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy nestabiln\u00ed v d\u016fsledku zkratu, nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho nab\u00edjen\u00ed a vyb\u00edjen\u00ed, n\u00e1razu atd., jsou na \u00farovni bateriov\u00fdch komponent zabudov\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 mechanismy, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zajistit bezpe\u010dnost.\nZ t\u011bchto sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed lithium-iontov\u00e9 baterie separ\u00e1tor zabra\u0148uje kontaktu mezi kladnou a z\u00e1pornou elektrodou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pln\u00ed \u00falohu distan\u010dn\u00edho prvku, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje pr\u016fchod iont\u016f lithia. Pln\u00ed v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 funkci\n \n\nzabra\u0148uje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty baterie v d\u016fsledku nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho proudu v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zkratu.\nProto\u017ee je separ\u00e1tor lithium-iontov\u00e9 baterie usazen tak, \u017ee p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do styku s drsn\u00fdmi povrchy kladn\u00fdch a z\u00e1porn\u00fdch p\u00f3l\u016f, je vy\u017eadov\u00e1na vysok\u00e1 mechanick\u00e1 pevnost. Tato mechanick\u00e1 pevnost mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zachov\u00e1na i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee dojde k ur\u010dit\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty, co\u017e je do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i nab\u00edjen\u00ed baterie. Proto jsme provedli m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fraznosti a tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky separ\u00e1toru, abychom vyhodnotili zm\u011bny pevnosti s ohledem na zm\u011bny teploty. dostupn\u00fdch lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed (\u010dtvercov\u00e9ho tvaru), tak\u017ee byly pou\u017eity 2 typy vzork\u016f (d\u00e1le ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako vzorky (1) a (2)), kter\u00e9 obsahovaly jako hlavn\u00ed slo\u017eku PE (polyethylen). P\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed tahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek byl ka\u017ed\u00fd vzorek separ\u00e1toru (jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 3(a)) vytvarov\u00e1n do vzork\u016f ve tvaru \u010dinek orientovan\u00fdch ve sm\u011bru pod\u00e9ln\u00e9 a \u0161\u00ed\u0159kov\u00e9 osy ka\u017ed\u00e9ho separ\u00e1toru, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 3(b). Celkov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka v\u0161ech vzork\u016f byla 35 mm, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rovnob\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u0159ez m\u011bl rozm\u011bry 10 (D) \u00d7 2 (\u0160) Podobn\u00e1 tendence jako u vzorku (2) v \u0161\u00ed\u0159kov\u00e9m sm\u011bru je patrn\u00e1 i u vzorku (2) v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m sm\u011bru. Proto se vzhledem k tendenci v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pevnosti v tahu a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed deformaci p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed u vzorku (2) v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m sm\u011bru p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee vzorek (2) byl vyroben s n\u00edzk\u00fdm dvouos\u00fdm ta\u017en\u00fdm pom\u011brem a \u017ee ta\u017en\u00fd pom\u011br v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m sm\u011bru byl v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v \u0161\u00ed\u0159kov\u00e9m sm\u011bru.\nZ\u00edskan\u00e9 \u00fadaje o mechanick\u00fdch vlastnostech v z\u00e1vislosti na teplot\u011b vzorku jsou tak\u00e9\n \nzaj\u00edmav\u00e9. P\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed deformace p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed a pevnosti v tahu vzorku p\u0159i 25 \u00b0C a 60 \u00b0C se sice hodnota deformace p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ila 2kr\u00e1t v d\u016fsledku zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed teploty na 60 \u00b0C, ale do\u0161lo jen k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu poklesu pevnosti v tahu. Podobn\u011b p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch hodnot fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed p\u0159i 60 \u00b0C a 90 \u00b0C vykazovala deformace p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed stejnou tendenci k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu jako p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed hodnot p\u0159i 25 \u00b0C a 60 \u00b0C. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u0161ak hodnota pevnosti v tahu vykazuje v\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles. Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee separ\u00e1tory lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00e9 v t\u00e9to zkou\u0161ce si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed mechanickou pevnost p\u0159i 60 \u00b0C, a to bez ohledu na jejich zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 charakteristiky prodlou\u017een\u00ed.\nSpecifikace vysok\u00e9 mechanick\u00e9 pevnosti jsou u separ\u00e1tor\u016f vy\u017eadov\u00e1ny, aby odol\u00e1valy m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se teplot\u011b v \u010dl\u00e1nku. Jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z v\u00fdsledk\u016f zkou\u0161ek prop\u00edchnut\u00edm a tahem separ\u00e1tor\u016f lithium-iontov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9
