Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se v letadlech a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edc\u00edch ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na palivo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm hmotnosti. A\u010dkoli m\u00e1 jako kompozitn\u00ed materi\u00e1l n\u011bkter\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti, p\u0159i po\u0161kozen\u00ed v rovin\u011b vykazuje k\u0159ehk\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i poru\u0161e, kdy se lom \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b od m\u00edsta po\u0161kozen\u00ed. V\u00fdvoj CFRP proto zahrnuje nejen testov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu, ale tak\u00e9 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed poruch materi\u00e1lu, aby se ov\u011b\u0159ila m\u00edsta lomu ve slab\u00fdch m\u00edstech. Krom\u011b toho se selh\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu pozoruje za \u00fa\u010delem posouzen\u00ed platnosti po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem podporovan\u00e9ho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed (CAE) v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b. Jak bylo uvedeno v\u00fd\u0161e, k lomov\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti v CFRP doch\u00e1z\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychle a nelze ji pozorovat pouh\u00fdm okem, proto se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vysokorychlostn\u00ed videokamera. Spole\u010dnost Shimadzu ji\u017e v minulosti vydala na toto t\u00e9ma aplika\u010dn\u00ed novinky (\u010d. V017 Pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed poru\u0161en\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f CFRP p\u0159i vysokorychlostn\u00edch tahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch). Vysokorychlostn\u00ed tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky zahrnuj\u00ed okam\u017eitou dobu zkou\u0161en\u00ed. Aby se tomu vyhov\u011blo, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se stroboskop schopn\u00fd okam\u017eit\u011b emitovat velmi intenzivn\u00ed sv\u011btlo, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se dos\u00e1hne rychlosti sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed obrazu p\u0159es 1 milion sn\u00edmk\u016f za sekundu. Zat\u00edmco statick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky zahrnuj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed dobu zkou\u0161en\u00ed s metalhalogenidovou v\u00fdbojkou pou\u017e\u00edvanou jako zdroj sv\u011btla pro kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed (relativn\u011b slab\u00fd zdroj sv\u011btla ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stroboskopem), kter\u00e1 nem\u016f\u017ee produkovat dostatek sv\u011btla pro zachycen\u00ed sn\u00edmk\u016f rychlost\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 tis\u00edc sn\u00edmk\u016f za sekundu. Nov\u011b vyvinut\u00e1 kamera HPV-X2 je \u0161estkr\u00e1t citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed kamera HPV-X, co\u017e j\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje zachytit v\u00edce ne\u017e 1 milion sn\u00edmk\u016f za sekundu i p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed halogenidov\u00e9 lampy jako zdroje sv\u011btla. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku demonstrujeme pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed jednosm\u011brn\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed CFRP p\u0159i statick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ce.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6728194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6728194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159i experimentech byl pou\u017eit p\u0159esn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed stroj AG-Xplus a vysokorychlostn\u00ed videokamera HPV-X2. Pou\u017eit\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed je uvedeno v tabulce 1. Pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce tahem vy\u017eaduje sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd spust\u00ed vysokorychlostn\u00ed videokameru v \u010dase selh\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee p\u0159i poru\u0161e jednosm\u011brn\u00e9ho CFRP se trhliny \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed ve sm\u011bru jednosm\u011brn\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken, p\u0159ipevnili jsme hlin\u00edkovou f\u00f3lii kolmo ke sm\u011bru vl\u00e1ken pomoc\u00ed lepidla. Vzorek s p\u0159ipevn\u011bnou hlin\u00edkovou f\u00f3li\u00ed je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 1. P\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed veden\u00ed p\u0159es hlin\u00edkovou f\u00f3lii zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00edm vzorku vyvol\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed poruchov\u00e9ho d\u011bje. Poru\u0161en\u00ed jednosm\u011brn\u00e9ho CFRP je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 4.\nPod\u00e9ln\u00e9 trhliny jsou patrn\u00e9 na lev\u00e9 stran\u011b.\nvzorku na obr\u00e1zku (2) na obr. 4. Na sn\u00edmku (3) jsou tyto\ntrhliny roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ily a\u017e k horn\u00ed kart\u011b.\nPod\u00e9ln\u00e9 trhliny jsou vid\u011bt tak\u00e9 na prav\u00e9 stran\u011b.\nna sn\u00edmku (3). Na sn\u00edmku (6) je pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohled na\nna vzorek v okam\u017eiku, kdy se rozpad\u00e1. Pou\u017eit\u00ed HPV-X2\numo\u017e\u0148uje pozorovat selh\u00e1n\u00ed CFRP b\u011bhem statick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky.\ntahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek, co\u017e je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro budouc\u00ed zkou\u0161ky CFRP\npro v\u00fdvoj CFR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f968102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f968102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>V\u00fdsledky <br \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pohled na test je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 2 a obr. 3. Jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 3, na p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch kolem vzorku je tak\u00e9 p\u0159ipevn\u011bna hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 f\u00f3lie, aby se na vzorek soust\u0159edilo sv\u011btlo.
