V posledn\u00edch letech se struktura a design n\u00e1dobek staly rozmanit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u00fdvoji kosmetiky.\nPro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti kosmetick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f je nutn\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nit vniknut\u00ed kontaminant\u016f v d\u016fsledku po\u0161kozen\u00ed n\u00e1doby b\u011bhem v\u00fdroby nebo p\u0159epravy\/zas\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed, zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality nebo \u00faniku v d\u016fsledku poruch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 tak\u00e9 kontrola kvality kontejner\u016f. Nedestruktivn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro hodnocen\u00ed kvality obal\u016f kosmetick\u00fdch n\u00e1dobek p\u0159i jejich vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed v obchodech nebo p\u0159eprav\u011b.\nRentgenov\u00e9 CT syst\u00e9my, jeden z typ\u016f p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f pro nedestruktivn\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed, mohou poskytnout trojrozm\u011brnou vizualizaci stavu obalu, jako je stav t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, poru\u0161en\u00ed a net\u011bsnost. Krom\u011b toho je lze pou\u017e\u00edt i k pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed samotn\u00fdch kosmetick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f, co\u017e je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 kontroly kvality.\nTento \u010dl\u00e1nek popisuje p\u0159\u00edklad pou\u017eit\u00ed stoln\u00edho rentgenov\u00e9ho CT syst\u00e9mu XSeeker 8000 (obr. 1) k pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed kosmetiky a jej\u00edch obal\u016f.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Skenov\u00e1n\u00ed kosmetiky<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V t\u00e9to studii byly sn\u00edm\u00e1ny t\u0159i typy kosmetiky, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 2. Pro ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobek byla stanovena n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed krit\u00e9ria pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed: U podkladov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu s pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159kem byly identifikov\u00e1ny sou\u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1dobky, zm\u011b\u0159eny mezery a posouzeno rozlo\u017een\u00ed podkladov\u00e9 tekutiny. U tekut\u00e9 rt\u011bnky bylo posouzeno t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1dobky, zji\u0161t\u011bn \u00fanik tekutiny a vyhodnoceno rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic v tekutin\u011b. U kovu i plastu trv\u00e1 jemn\u00fd re\u017eim p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 minut (prostorov\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed 0,1 mm), zat\u00edmco rychl\u00fd re\u017eim trv\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12 sekund (prostorov\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed 0,2 mm).\nTabulka 1 uv\u00e1d\u00ed podm\u00ednky skenov\u00e1n\u00ed pro tuto studii. Na obr. 3 je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee z\u00e1kladov\u00e1 n\u00e1doba se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, jako je vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00edko, vnit\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eka a houbov\u00fd podstavec, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny kov\u00e1n\u00edm a lepen\u00edm. Zrcadlo nalepen\u00e9 na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u00edku se d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 hustot\u011b jev\u00ed jako b\u00edl\u00e9, zat\u00edmco puf a ostatn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti s n\u00edzkou hustotou maj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u010derno\u0161edou barvu. Zm\u011bnou pr\u016fhlednosti 3D obrazu lze snadno potvrdit trojrozm\u011brnou polohu vnit\u0159n\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Proto\u017ee software umo\u017e\u0148uje tak\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0159adit konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed hodnot\u011b jasu libovolnou barvu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tekut\u00fd podklad z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b zbarven do b\u00e9\u017eova, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 5.\nKonkr\u00e9tn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti lze z 3D obrazu izolovat zm\u011bnou prahov\u00e9 hodnoty jasu nebo pomoc\u00ed funkce o\u0159\u00edznut\u00ed. Na prav\u00e9 stran\u011b obr. 5 je zobrazen 3D obraz pouze izolovan\u00e9 kapaln\u00e9 nadace. Ten ukazuje kapalinu pronikaj\u00edc\u00ed do p\u00f3r\u016f houby a koncentruj\u00edc\u00ed se pod\u00e9l vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho obvodu houby. Na rentgenov\u00fdch CT sn\u00edmc\u00edch pr\u016f\u0159ez\u016f ozna\u010duj\u00ed b\u011blej\u0161\u00ed oblasti vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hustotu materi\u00e1lu. Pokud je tedy hustota kapaliny vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e hustota v\u00ed\u010dka a t\u011blesa, lze b\u00edlou oblast identifikovat jako kapalinu a pou\u017e\u00edt ji k vyhodnocen\u00ed net\u011bsnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Obr. 8 ukazuje rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic v kapalin\u011b. Tato rt\u011bnka je komer\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdrobek, tak\u017ee \u010d\u00e1stice jsou v kapalin\u011b rozpt\u00fdleny rovnom\u011brn\u011b. Tyto sn\u00edmky by v\u0161ak mohly b\u00fdt pou\u017eity k vyhodnocen\u00ed nesrovnalost\u00ed v rozptylu \u010d\u00e1stic p\u0159i v\u00fdvoji v\u00fdrobku nebo kontrole Pomoc\u00ed rentgenov\u00e9ho CT lze tedy pozorovat disperzi \u010d\u00e1stic v pevn\u00e9 l\u00e1tce i v kapalin\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 barva prav\u00e9 doln\u00ed oblasti (zelen\u00fd \u010dtverec) se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt b\u011blej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e barva lev\u00e9 horn\u00ed oblasti. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee prav\u00e1 spodn\u00ed oblast je tvo\u0159ena hust\u0161\u00edm materi\u00e1lem nebo soudr\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi.<\/p>\n<p>Na lev\u00e9 stran\u011b obr. 10 jsou zobrazeny pr\u016f\u0159ezy z jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti prav\u00e9 doln\u00ed oblasti, na kter\u00fdch jsou patrn\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed trhliny. Polohu a tvar trhlin lze ur\u010dit tak\u00e9 z 3D sn\u00edmku (prav\u00e1 strana obr. 10).
