Pevnost v tlaku je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1\nparametr p\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed kompozitn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00fd se\nv\u017edy testov\u00e1n. Av\u0161ak vzhledem k obt\u00ed\u017enosti testov\u00e1n\u00ed\npevnosti v tlaku existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada zku\u0161ebn\u00edch metod.\nHlavn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed metodou v tlaku je kombinovan\u00e1\nzat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v tlaku (CLC), kter\u00e1 je uvedena v norm\u011b ASTM\nD6641. Metodu CLC lze prov\u00e1d\u011bt pomoc\u00ed\ns jednoduchou konstrukc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravku, vzorky z netabulkovan\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f a m\u016f\u017ee\npou\u017e\u00edt k sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu hodnocen\u00ed pevnosti a\nm\u011b\u0159it modul pru\u017enosti. Provedli jsme stla\u010den\u00ed\nCFRP podle normy ASTM D6641.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2daabf1 e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2daabf1\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25dc8b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25dc8b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Syst\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\nByl pou\u017eit vzorek CFRP T800S\/3900. Dal\u0161\u00ed\njsou uvedeny v tabulce 1. .\npou\u017eit\u00e9 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je uvedeno v tabulce 2. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b\nCLC v norm\u011b ASTM D6641 byl vzorek\np\u0159ipevn\u011bn k p\u0159\u00edpravku zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00e9mu na obr. 1 a stla\u010den.\npomoc\u00ed stla\u010dovac\u00ed desky. Na obr. 2 je fotografie\nvzorku. Jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr. 2, tenzometrick\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d byl\np\u0159ipevn\u011bn na p\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed stran\u011b uprost\u0159ed vzorku.\nvzorku. V\u00fdstupy z p\u0159edn\u00edho a zadn\u00edho tenzometru\npotvrdily, \u017ee vzorek je vyrovnan\u00fd.\nv p\u0159\u00edpravku b\u011bhem upev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed vzorku rovn\u011b. Str\u00e1nka\nVzorek byl p\u0159ipevn\u011bn pomoc\u00ed momentov\u00e9ho kl\u00ed\u010de k upevn\u011bn\u00ed.\nna m\u00edst\u011b rovnom\u011brn\u011b. Zkou\u0161ka byla provedena s\nzku\u0161ebn\u00ed rychlost\u00ed nastavenou na 1,3 mm\/min.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbf94ad test\u016f<\/strong><\/h2><p>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed byla provedena dvakr\u00e1t a nap\u011bt\u00ed-deformace<br \/>jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny na obr. 3. Pou\u017eit\u00e1 deformace je st\u0159edn\u00ed hodnota<br \/>nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed z p\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed strany vozu.<br \/>vzorek. Vztah mezi prvn\u00ed deformaci<br \/>m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a \u010dasu je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 4, kde je vid\u011bt<br \/>v\u00fdstupy z\u00edskan\u00e9 z tenzometr\u016f. Obr. 4 ukazuje<br \/>v\u00fdstupy z obou tenzometr\u016f byly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u00e9.<br \/>stejn\u00fd a\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 sekund, co\u017e je d\u016fkazem, \u017ee<br \/>test prob\u011bhl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b. Mal\u00e1 odchylka<br \/>mezi tenzometry vznik\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po 0,5 %<br \/>deformace, kter\u00e1 je zp\u016fsobena mal\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm vzorku.<br \/>ohyb. V\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek jsou uvedeny v tabulce 3. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota<br \/>pevnost v tlaku byla 640,7 MPa a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota<br \/>modul pru\u017enosti byl 72,9 GPa. Modul pru\u017enosti byl<br \/>vypo\u010dtena na z\u00e1klad\u011b pr\u016fm\u011bru v\u00fdstup\u016f tenzometr\u016f.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
