Na\nna druhou stranu je pevnost plastov\u00e9 p\u011bny ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pevnost p\u011bnov\u00e9 hmoty.\nne\u017e u nep\u011bnov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, proto\u017ee objem plast\u016f na jednotku hmotnosti je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u nep\u011bnov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.\nobjemu je men\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159\u00eddavek vl\u00e1ken nebo jin\u00fdch v\u00fdztuh\nmateri\u00e1l\u016f je jednou z technik, jak dos\u00e1hnout uspokojiv\u00e9ho\npevnosti v materi\u00e1lech, u nich\u017e se k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pevnosti pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed.\nn\u00edzkou hmotnost a tepeln\u011b izola\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti. A\u010dkoli\nse jako v\u00fdztu\u017e \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sklen\u011bn\u00e1 a uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna.\nmateri\u00e1ly, v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj s pou\u017eit\u00edm celul\u00f3zy\nnanovl\u00e1ken (d\u00e1le jen CNF) jako vysoce odoln\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.\nv posledn\u00ed dob\u011b pokro\u010dilo.\nCelul\u00f3za, kter\u00e1 se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z l\u00e1tek, jako jsou rostlinn\u00e9\nbun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u011bny a bavlna, je nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\nsacharid\u016f na Zemi a ji\u017e dlouho se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako surovina\nmateri\u00e1l pro v\u00fdrobu pap\u00edru a bavln\u011bn\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se CNF s\nvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed funk\u010dnost\u00ed realizovanou defibrac\u00ed celul\u00f3zy na CNF.\nna nano\u00farovni, p\u0159itahuje z\u00e1jem. Jako\u017eto vl\u00e1knina rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu\nm\u00e1 CNF n\u00edzk\u00fd dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a tak\u00e9 na rostliny.\na m\u00e1 \u0159adu \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 spot\u0159eby energie\nline\u00e1rn\u00ed rozta\u017enost, bari\u00e9rovou vlastnost v\u016f\u010di plyn\u016fm a\npr\u016fhlednost. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u017eelezn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly,\nCNF v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed pouze 1\/5 hmotnosti, ale m\u00e1 vysokou specifickou hmotnost.\npevnost, kter\u00e1 je 5kr\u00e1t pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ocel, a\npevnost stejn\u00e1 nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch ocel\u00ed.\nmateri\u00e1l\u016f lze dos\u00e1hnout sm\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm CNF s jin\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly.\nplasty a pry\u017e\u00ed. Proto CNF p\u0159itahuje\njako nov\u00fd materi\u00e1l po uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1knech.\nTento \u010dl\u00e1nek p\u0159edstavuje t\u0159\u00edbodovou zkou\u0161ku ohybem s pou\u017eit\u00edm\nza\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fhybu a rychlosti zkou\u0161ky v\nv souladu s normou JIS K 7171, kter\u00e1 se obecn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v praxi.\npevnostn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed plast\u016f, a porovn\u00e1v\u00e1, jak se p\u0159i t\u00e9to zkou\u0161ce\nrozd\u00edly v pevnosti v ohybu s CNF a bez CNF.\ns p\u011bn\u011bn\u00edm\/bez p\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Vzorky<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>polyethylen s vysokou hustotou (d\u00e1le jen HDPE). Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed vzorky *1 byly p\u0159ipraveny p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm 5 % CNF do HDPE jako matricov\u00e9ho plastu. Za \u00fa\u010delem zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed rozd\u00edl\u016f ve vnit\u0159n\u00edm stavu bylo p\u0159ed zkou\u0161kami provedeno vnit\u0159n\u00ed pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f pomoc\u00ed mikrofokusov\u00e9ho rentgenov\u00e9ho CT syst\u00e9mu inspeXio SMX- 100CT. Na obr. 1 jsou zobrazeny CT sn\u00edmky vzork\u016f, na kter\u00fdch se dutiny zobrazuj\u00ed jako \u010dern\u00e9 plochy. Mezi nep\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdm plastem bez CNF (\u2460) a nep\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdm plastem vyztu\u017een\u00fdm CNF ( \u2461) nen\u00ed velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl. U vyp\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdch plast\u016f bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee v plastu vyztu\u017een\u00e9m CNF (\u2463) se vyskytuj\u00ed jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dutiny v rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9m stavu ne\u017e v plastu bez CNF. Lze tedy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee CNF br\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fstu a koalescenci dutin. \n<br> <br>\n*1 Vzorky poskytl M\u011bstsk\u00fd institut pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a kultury v Kj\u00f3tu, m\u00edstn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed agentura.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0b2331 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e0b2331\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Obr. 2 ukazuje stav zkou\u0161ky a tab. 1.\nuv\u00e1d\u00ed podm\u00ednky zkou\u0161ky. Po m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v ohybu\nmodulu pru\u017enosti byla rychlost zkou\u0161ky zm\u011bn\u011bna na\naby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b m\u011b\u0159it pevnost v ohybu. S vyztu\u017een\u00fdm CNF\n(\u2461, \u2463) do\u0161lo ke k\u0159ehk\u00e9mu lomu, jak je vid\u011bt na obr\u00e1zku.\npodle prudk\u00e9ho poklesu zku\u0161ebn\u00ed s\u00edly po dosa\u017een\u00ed\nmaxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pevnosti. Plasty bez CNF ( \u2460 , \u2462 )\nvykazovaly tv\u00e1rn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m zku\u0161ebn\u00ed s\u00edla\npostupn\u011b klesala.\nTabulka 2 shrnuje v\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek v\u0161ech vzork\u016f.\nModul pru\u017enosti v ohybu byl vypo\u010dten ze vzorce\nsklonu ohybov\u00e9 deformace od 0,05 % do 0,25 %.\nPorovn\u00e1n\u00edm hodnot pro HDPE bez CNF (\u2460, \u2462)\na plastu vyztu\u017een\u00e9ho CNF ( \u2461 , \u2463 ) se ukazuje, \u017ee CNF\nvyztu\u017een\u00fd plast vykazoval vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty jak pro\nmodulu pru\u017enosti v ohybu i pevnosti v ohybu.\nKrom\u011b toho p\u0159i porovn\u00e1n\u00ed varia\u010dn\u00edch koeficient\u016f\npevnosti v ohybu plastov\u00e9 p\u011bny HDPE (\u2462 ) a plastov\u00e9 p\u011bny HDPE (\u2462 ).\nplastov\u00e9 p\u011bny vyztu\u017een\u00e9 CNF (\u2463) bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee\nodchylky u plastu vyztu\u017een\u00e9ho CNF byly
