Pro hodnocen\u00ed t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f je t\u0159eba prov\u00e9st celou \u0159adu zkou\u0161ek, od tahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek p\u0159es zkou\u0161ky ohybem a\u017e po zkou\u0161ky tlakem. Z t\u011bchto zkou\u0161ek se zkoumaj\u00ed vlastnosti materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i ohybu vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed silou. Proto\u017ee se sou\u010d\u00e1sti vystaven\u00e9 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s\u00edle oh\u00fdbaj\u00ed v reakci na ohybov\u00fd moment, je zkou\u0161ka ohybem jednou z nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zkou\u0161ek pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch k hodnocen\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed normy, kter\u00e9 definovaly t\u0159\u00edbodovou zkou\u0161ku ohybem pro plasty, nevy\u017eadovaly syst\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fhybu. V d\u016fsledku toho zkou\u0161ky zji\u0161\u0165ovaly pr\u016fhyb vzorku, pr\u016fhyb p\u0159\u00edstroje a vtla\u010den\u00ed indentoru dohromady, co\u017e je metoda nevhodn\u00e1 pro p\u0159esn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybu. Pozm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 normy (ISO178:2010, Amd.1:2013 a JIS K 7171:2016)<\/p>\n<p>byly zm\u011bn\u011bny a zahrnuj\u00ed bu\u010f pou\u017eit\u00ed vych\u00fdlen\u00ed...<\/p>\n<p>m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed syst\u00e9m s absolutn\u00ed p\u0159esnost\u00ed \"ISO 9513 Class 1\" v rozmez\u00ed 1 % nebo pou\u017eit\u00ed korekce na shodu k odstran\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdchylky zku\u0161ebn\u00edho stroje. Na vzorc\u00edch z PC, PVC a GFRP byla provedena t\u0159\u00edbodov\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka ohybem v souladu s novelizovan\u00fdmi normami, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e byl modul pru\u017enosti v ohybu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho plastu vypo\u010dten pomoc\u00ed posunut\u00ed k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9 hlavy, korekce na poddajnost a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fhybu p\u0159\u00edstrojem.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Syst\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed bylo provedeno pomoc\u00ed stoln\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstroje AGS-X.\ntypu univerz\u00e1ln\u00edho zku\u0161ebn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstroje a m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstroje pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fhybu\ns p\u0159esnost\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed\n3,4 \u03bcm. Po\u017eadavky novelizovan\u00fdch norem p\u0159i\nst\u0159edn\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ka vzorku je 4 mm, jsou uvedeny na obr. 1. .\nhodnota relevantn\u00ed pro v\u00fdpo\u010det modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybu je 341 \u03bcm,\np\u0159i\u010dem\u017e p\u0159\u00edstroj pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fhybu s absolutn\u00edm\np\u0159esnost\u00ed 1 % t\u00e9to hodnoty (3,4 \u03bcm) (obr. 1).\nukazuje modul pru\u017enosti v ohybu vypo\u010dten\u00fd na z\u00e1klad\u011b\nna z\u00e1klad\u011b sklonu ve dvou bodech, a\u010dkoli modul pru\u017enosti v ohybu je vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n na z\u00e1klad\u011b sklonu ve dvou bodech.\npru\u017enosti lze vypo\u010d\u00edtat tak\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b line\u00e1rn\u00edho modulu pru\u017enosti.\nregrese k\u0159ivky).\nV tabulk\u00e1ch 1, 2 a 3 jsou uvedeny podrobnosti o p\u0159\u00edstroj\u00edch a vzorc\u00edch,\na pou\u017eit\u00fdch zku\u0161ebn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Obr. 2 ukazuje zku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed\nuspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. Novelizovan\u00e9 normy popisuj\u00ed metodu A, kter\u00e1\npou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 konstantn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed rychlost, a metodu B, kter\u00e1 zvy\u0161uje rychlost zkou\u0161ky.\nrychlost zkou\u0161ky po m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed modulu pru\u017enosti v ohybu. Zkou\u0161ka\nA byla pou\u017eita s GFRP, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 mal\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed\nohybovou deformaci a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed metoda B byla pou\u017eita s PC a PVC.\nkter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velkou maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed deformaci v ohybu, a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed metoda\nrychlosti byl nastaven na 0,3 % ohybov\u00e9 deformace.\nKrom\u011b toho, proto\u017ee pod\u00edl vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s\u00edly\np\u0159ipadaj\u00edc\u00ed na smykovou s\u00edlu, se zvy\u0161uje, kdy\u017e se rozp\u011bt\u00ed\nmezi podp\u011brami je mal\u00e9*1, normy doporu\u010duj\u00ed\nrozp\u011bt\u00ed mezi
