Mezi polo\u017eky hodnocen\u00e9 jako tahov\u00e9 charakteristiky plastov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed modul pru\u017enosti v tahu, pevnost a deformace p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed. V tomto datov\u00e9m listu byl modul pru\u017enosti v tahu vzork\u016f z polypropylenu (PP) a polyvinylchloridu (PVC) (typ \u010dinky a typ \u0159ezu) vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u00fadaj\u016f o posunut\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch pomoc\u00ed extenzometru p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9 teplot\u011b -40 \u00b0C. Krom\u011b toho byla vyhodnocena tak\u00e9 pevnost a deformace p\u0159i p\u0159etr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch plastov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpravky<\/strong><\/h2><p>P\u0159i zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed modulu pru\u017enosti vzorku v tahu je nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt extenzometr, kter\u00fd je schopen m\u011b\u0159it drobn\u00e9 deformace vzorku s vysokou p\u0159esnost\u00ed. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed pojezdu k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00e9 hlavy zahrnuje chyby nejen z deformace vzorku, ale tak\u00e9 z deformace zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zku\u0161ebn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edpravku. Pokud je oblast deformace velmi mal\u00e1, st\u00e1v\u00e1 se pom\u011br chyb v\u00fdznamn\u00fd, tak\u017ee tyto \u00fadaje nejsou vhodn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdpo\u010det modulu pru\u017enosti v tahu. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je t\u0159eba pou\u017e\u00edt extenzometr, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee m\u011b\u0159it zm\u011bny d\u00e9lky m\u011b\u0159idla s p\u0159esnost\u00ed alespo\u0148 1 %. P\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed modulu pru\u017enosti s d\u00e9lkou m\u011b\u0159idla 50 mm to odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159esnosti 1 m. Ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech bylo m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bno p\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed rychlosti 1 mm\/min a\u017e do 2 % a pot\u00e9 p\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed rychlosti 50 mm\/min. P\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b byl p\u0159ekro\u010den rozsah m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed extenzometru, proto byl extenzometr v poloze 2 %
