Proto\u017ee kontrola kvality je pro regenerativn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, vydala Agentura pro l\u00e9\u010diva a zdravotnick\u00e9 prost\u0159edky (PMDA) r\u016fzn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly[1][2].\n\nTestovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m EZ-LX\nZ\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e1 bu\u0148ka 10 N\nZku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky kultivovan\u00e9 epidermis\n\nTabulka 2 Informace o vzorku\n\nRozm\u011bry 50 mm \u00d7 100 mm\n\nkter\u00fd prov\u00e1d\u00ed recenze. A\u010dkoli vydan\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly po\u017eaduj\u00ed krom\u011b biologick\u00fdch hodnocen\u00ed i dynamick\u00e1 hodnocen\u00ed, neobsahuj\u00ed popis konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch metod hodnocen\u00ed. Dynamick\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed bylo provedeno po transplantaci pigmentov\u00fdch bun\u011bk s\u00edtnice odvozen\u00fdch z iPS bun\u011bk.\n\nTypy\n\nTlou\u0161\u0165ka men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 100 \u03bcm\nMl\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 membr\u00e1na Kultivovan\u00e1 epidermis A Kultivovan\u00e1 epidermis B\n\nTabulka 3 Podm\u00ednky zkou\u0161ky\n\nepiteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch list\u016f, ale metoda hodnocen\u00ed byla pouze kvalitativn\u00ed, spo\u010d\u00edvala pouze v kontrole po\u0161kozen\u00ed v dob\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravy \u0161t\u011bpu.[3] Kvantitativn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed v\u0161ak bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nutn\u00e9 u bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch list\u016f[5], kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed mechanickou pevnost, jako jsou listy kultivovan\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee[4] a listy z myokardi\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk. Krom\u011b toho je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od sou\u010dasn\u00fdch regenerativn\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch autologn\u00ed bu\u0148ky bude u regenerativn\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch alogenn\u00ed bu\u0148ky[6], u nich\u017e se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se v budoucnu stanou hlavn\u00edm proudem, nutn\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat specifika\u010dn\u00ed testy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na kvantitativn\u00edch norm\u00e1ch kvality.\nV tomto v\u00fdzkumu byly provedeny tahov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky s pou\u017eit\u00edm kultivovan\u00e9 epidermis, kter\u00e1 je regenerativn\u00edm zdravotnick\u00fdm v\u00fdrobkem, a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny imituj\u00edc\u00ed kultivovanou epidermis (odebran\u00e9 z povrchu hork\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka) jako p\u0159\u00edklad kvantitativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed materi\u00e1lu.<br> <br>\n*1 Regenerativn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou v\u00fdrobky vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm lidsk\u00fdch nebo zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch bun\u011bk pro rekonstrukci, opravu nebo formov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00fdch struktur a funkc\u00ed nebo pro l\u00e9\u010dbu \u010di prevenci nemoc\u00ed.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4c2158 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4c2158\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Syst\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/h2>\nTabulka 1 a tabulka 2 uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed syst\u00e9mu a\na informace o vzorc\u00edch. Na obr. 1 je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\nkultivovan\u00fd vzorek epidermis. Testy byly provedeny\ns pou\u017eit\u00edm ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny imituj\u00edc\u00ed kultivovanou epidermis\n(fiktivn\u00ed vzorek) a dvou typ\u016f vzork\u016f pro v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely.\nkultivovan\u00e9 epidermis (A a B)*2 s r\u016fznou pevnost\u00ed.\nvyroben\u00fdch stejnou metodou jako autologn\u00ed vzorky.\nkultivovan\u00e9 epidermis JACE\u00ae. Tlou\u0161\u0165ka kultivovan\u00e9\nepidermis byla men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 100 \u03bcm a tlou\u0161\u0165ka\nstruktura vzork\u016f se skl\u00e1dala z n\u011bkolika vrstev.\nepiderm\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk. Vzorky byly pru\u017en\u00e9 a udr\u017eovan\u00e9 ve vlhku\nnam\u00e1\u010den\u00edm v konzerva\u010dn\u00edm roztoku. Vzorky\nproto musely b\u00fdt rychle upevn\u011bny a zm\u011b\u0159eny\nb\u011bhem tahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek, aby se zachovaly jejich vlastnosti.\nvlhkost. Na obr. 2 je obr\u00e1zek zkou\u0161ky. V\u00e1lcov\u00fd\nhouby jsou pou\u017eity pro upevn\u011bn\u00ed. Obalen\u00edm vzorku\nkolem t\u011bchto houbi\u010dek, lze vzorky b\u011bhem zkou\u0161ky dr\u017eet\nbez jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed. Tabulka 3 ukazuje zkou\u0161ku\npodm\u00ednky. Rychlost zkou\u0161ky byla nastavena na n\u00edzkou rychlost v r\u00e1mci\nv rozsahu rychlost\u00ed, p\u0159i nich\u017e vzorky z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed vlhk\u00e9.\n<br> <br>\n*2 Poskytla
