Typick\u00fdmi vlastnostmi materi\u00e1lu jsou pevnost v tahu a modul pru\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 se vyhodnocuj\u00ed tahovou zkou\u0161kou. Tyto zkou\u0161ky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bny v souladu s pokyny p\u0159edpis\u016f (n\u00e1rodn\u00edch nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch), aby byla zaru\u010dena vysok\u00e1 opakovatelnost a spolehlivost m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p><p>P\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed tahov\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek pro kontrolu kvality je t\u0159eba ka\u017ed\u00fd den opakovat \u0159adu zkou\u0161ek a zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby zkou\u0161ek je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro optimalizaci kontroln\u00edho procesu. Mezi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 metody zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby zkou\u0161ky pat\u0159\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed extenzometr\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou schopny automaticky nastavit polohu ramene a uchopit vzorek, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad SIE-560SA. V t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ci byl pou\u017eit p\u0159esn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed stroj AGX-10kNVD a automatick\u00fd extenzometr SIE- 560SA ke zkou\u0161en\u00ed 3 druh\u016f plastov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f (PVC, PP, PC) podle normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efdf405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efdf405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed metoda<\/strong><\/h2><p>Zkou\u0161ky byly provedeny podle pokyn\u016f normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161). Tvar a velikost vzork\u016f jsou uvedeny na obr. 1. Rychlost zkou\u0161ek byla nastavena na 1 mm\/min pro deformaci ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 0,3% a 50 mm\/min, kdy\u017e deformace dos\u00e1hla hodnoty 0,3%. Interval deformace pro v\u00fdpo\u010det modulu pru\u017enosti <em>E <\/em>byla 0,05%~0,25% (obr. 2).<\/p><p>Pevnost v tahu Om je definov\u00e1na jako nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed zaznamenan\u00e9 b\u011bhem zkou\u0161ky. Hlavn\u00ed vlastnosti p\u0159\u00edstroje SIE-560SA jsou uvedeny n\u00ed\u017ee<\/p><ul><li>Automatick\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed polohy a zav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed\/sund\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ramen.<\/li><li>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed deformace do prasknut\u00ed vzorku.<\/li><li>P\u0159esnost m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed deformace vhodn\u00e1 pro zkou\u0161ky podle normy ISO 527 (JIS K 7161) (vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed z hodnot \u00b11 \u03bcm nebo 0,5% m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 skvrny).<\/li><\/ul><p>Pro tento test byly pou\u017eity pneumatick\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 rukojeti o s\u00edle 5 kN. Otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed\/zav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fachyt\u016f je poh\u00e1n\u011bno vzduchem a v\u00fdrazn\u011b usnad\u0148uje nastaven\u00ed vzorku, co\u017e d\u00e1le p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby zkou\u0161ky. Podrobnosti o zku\u0161ebn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou shrnuty v tabulce 1. deforma\u010dn\u00edm grafem je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn na obr. 5. Ka\u017ed\u00fd materi\u00e1l vykazoval jasn\u00fd bod kluzu, a proto byla pevnost v tahu \u03c3m vyhodnocena jako mez kluzu \u03c3y. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed meze kluzu se prov\u00e1d\u00ed automaticky pomoc\u00ed softwaru TRAPEZIUMX-V.
